Colorblind mode ?

Can anyone check the menu and see if there is a colorblind mode somewhere ? Can't seem to find it on Google.

Well the game only has 2 colors, red and brown, so anything you see that isn't brown, just assume it's red

I'm watching some video and the health bar and damage is all in red. As good as impossible to see when a lot is going on, also crucial for tactical decisions. Need an option to make it white or blue :(.
