What performance to expect at minimum specs?

So, my gaming Laptop almost exactly matches the minimum specs noted on this game's steam page, with a GTX 1650, 16 GB of RAM and the one difference being that I have a Ryzen 5 4600 H instead of the Ryzen 5 2600 listed on the page, which to my understanding should be minimally better.

The thing is, the steam page doesn't really say what kind of performance and settings the minimum stats reflect like some other game pages do and I don't wanna go and buy the game before I know how playable it is actually going to end up.

Can anyone with a simular rig tell me their experiences with the title?
