Stupid system for the second archetype selection

I have reached level 10 in my first archetype when i had 7 trait points, now i can't find another 3 in my planet and i wasting experience with every fight.
Why can't we equip a second archetype as soon as we hit level 10 in the first one?

i got my second archetype when my first was lvl 5 so youre probably missing something

archetype level has nothing to do with it - its trait points.

You can equip a second archetype immediately when you find the item for it.

And the starter class items are sold on Ward 13, you can multiclass pretty much before you even clear your first world.

no, you can equip your second archetype after you find 10 trait books, it shows in the trait menu how many trait points you have gained

if this is true (didnt try it yet) i love you man, was thinking about doing another char to play engineer so i can slap challanger on as secondary early on if i get 2.5k scrap.

yes but i started on veteran and did a few dungeons 3-4 times because i died or i searched for secrets. Now i simply waste experience since i can't find more trait books lol

im on nightmare and died too many times to count, feels like im doing something wrong if my classes level so slow.

doesnt work, you need to complete the second world (so finish the one you started in and the one after) otherwise you only get a ring.

i reach level 10 with my main class and they say at that point you can get a secondary class )

you need better weaponry for harder levels
