Morrow Parish Asylum 2nd glowing door
Does anyone know how to get into the glowing door on the ground floor Iv searched everywhere but can't seem to get the door open

To unlock that door, you will need to proceed through the Shattered Gallery dungeon and beat Magister Dullain (boss).
Go throuhg the boss room and follow the Nightweaver in to the Golden portal which will take you to that room, so you can unlock the door from the inside.
