IS there anyone got into dark conduit 5 ?????

there is a vault and in that there is a blackout ring but I Cant go inside ..... I cleared the whole section but I cant :(

Just an FYI the number besides the name of the dungeon on the Minimap is the areas current power level.

saw same dungeon/ring and couldnt grab either. if you figure it out let me know

Near that door, there is an entryway to the service tunnels... You know the place where you break the boxes and barrels and then you have to crouch to crawl through. And then there's a ladder that takes you up to a secret area above the room where the blackout ring is. On the wall of the room where the blackout ring is if you inspect it and look around you'll see a little hole or window in the piping where you can shoot one of those electrical barrels. Shoot the barrel, it'll stop the circuit, and then the door will open to get the blackout ring.
