Tal'Ratha bug?

It seemed someone joined my game and then i got stuck on tal ratha when i died... it was almost like he couldnt join because you fight talratha but theres no way to go back to a stone causing the bug...

Has anyone else experienced this? I cannot fight tal ratha anymore he just sits there with no animation and im stuck in the boss fight with nothing to do..
Ive also tried killing myself through drinking the potion it still doesnt pull me out of the boss fight with tal'ratha being stuck

Similar situation for me, except I'm not stuck in the arena. Game crashed and when I re-launched all objectives are the same, but can't actually initiate the fight anymore.

I had similar problem when my game crashed as I was starting the dialogue with Tal Ratha and then I couldn't re-initiate the dialogue once I reloaded the game.

Thankfully as soon as I realized there was an issue I remembered there were backup save files the game creates and so what I did was I deleted the save file named "save_1.sav" (the save with the bug) and then renamed the backup save file named "save_1.bak1" to "save_1.sav" to replace the deleted one and that fixed it for me. I started the game and it took me right before the cut scene.
