Probably only one of those things if it does any of that. But yeah, it's only a small portion so sometimes you just don't notice. Over all, suppression is the lest noticed debuff because it really doesn't seem to be a direct danger.
You can still use an already charged skill or mod, it will just take a lot longer to recharge it.
yeah this is the answer if you look at your skill cooldowns in the menu you'll see the cooldown time is doubled. very bad if you use skills alot.
figured it out after realising that most games use some form of blue X for silence debuffs usually and applied that logic and looked at my skills and stats. didnt look to see if mods where affected but i would say its safe to assume that mod generation would also be halved.
That makes a ton of sense thanks!
While I'm here if anyone wants to explain what stagger does I'm interested in that too lol. When I use War Stomp on enemies it gives them what I assume is a "stagger" debuff but what does that mean? I may just make a new discussion for the answer though.
Edit: Here's the topic on Stagger if anyone is interested in answering it (or finding the answer) https://steamcommunity.com/app/1282100/discussions/0/3807281795261302773/
