What are these Yellow liquid filled bowls

They make you glow for a seconds but I don't see any effect like health generation.

Should be 'Fae' something. I noticed an icon above my HP bar (status (de)buff section)
If you go into char sheet (tab / whatever key) you should be able to check the icon in upper left.

It provides regen and rids the player of some or all debuffs. Not sure if every bowl is like this but ones i've checked recently.

Edit: was right next to one
Fae Clense - Clears all Status Effects and Blights and increases Health Regen by #.## HP per second. (60 sec duration, on me)
