COmpleted the dungeon and explored everything, where is the all seeing eye? :S

figured it out. DONT do dungeons with no ! mark, its labyrinth prison for all seeing eye

just teleport to zone with ! mark, and search the entire map for dungeon entrances
when u find one with ! ontop you found it

When you get the star sparks, go back to the prison. There's a second entrance to it in the Eon area (Cant remember the full name) It's got a huge yellow light, should be easy ish to find

I'm assuming labyrinth is accessed via ford sitting outside the Ward 13 tunnel. Please I beg, can you help me figure out why Ford isn't there for me?

if you havent found him there at all, hes up in his office right after tutorial
