How are people finding public co op? In the first game I never had any trouble getting randoms to join after setting to public. However in Remnant 2 I'm lucky if I see anyone join my game at all.

go to big glowing stone in ward 13 - select join - several public room will reveal to you - chose one of em - play together.

But i got overheating after this, idk why but when you play solo you will not get overheating on your computer

I got kicked out after 2 min so it seems that people open their game for nothing.

Wait a bit until the regular edition buyers can play, and it might get better?

For multiplayer to work you need to link an EGS account. else you cannot play mp.
you also need to complete the tutorial.

You go to the world stone to join a game, It'll say "Join a game" or "Join Game" right there on the teleport screen, When you click it, it'll show players, their gear level, and what area there in and how many people are currently in their game. It shows dozens of games at once to choose from, going out and back in can refresh it the matches that pop up, Idk if it refreshs on its own.

When you set yours to public in the settings menu, it goes into effect immediatly and then you pop up in the lists of worlds when someone goes to join a game. Ive had a few people come in my games so far but I mostly played by joining others so i could farm scrap easier and level more.

I've got multiple people joining me no problem - am in Europe yet the people joining seems to come from all around the world (hieroglyphs in the names, assuming they were from SE Asia).

Default setting is "friends only", perhaps you should change that. Also at that moment the game display Windows dialog to open ports (I've allowed it).

This i not true, I never linked an EGS account even though it has it as an option on the main screen. I think thats to enable crossplay with the EGS store but I could be wrong. I do know for a fact, you don't need to link an EGS account for you to be able to go online and play with public matches.

Wow you are special arent you? Im glad your handler lets you get in the internet. Please go somewhere else for now while adults talk.

Some of us cant even connect to friends or family you simpleton. Suggesting we wait for more people on the 25th wont help that situation.

Well for me random works but I can't join my friend so basically the reverse

Can't connect to any co-op friends or public just comes back with "network connection lost", does anyone have a fix for this?
