Not sure what’s going on there.
well, yeah, obviously. but i was curious if others have it and what is it.

You could probably fix this by just reducing your scaling resolution by one pixel (with override)

For me i can confirm it shows in screenshots for me.
If it shows up in screen shots, then chances are it's probably not the mouse pointer.
As the mouse cursor is not captured in screen shots by default usually.
But since it also shows in screenshots it means it's not something super serious with a GPU either so it's not a massive concern aside from the people with it now have to live with the knowledge it's watching you
