White Dot In Top Left?

Is that the cursor ever-present and being forced in top left corner of screen or some other weird bug? Am i only one seeing it?

Probably just a miss-alignment of the overflow screen space.
You could probably fix this by just reducing your scaling resolution by one pixel (with override)

Hopefully gets fixed or at least a reason why it's there appears

If it shows up in screen shots, then chances are it's probably not the mouse pointer.
As the mouse cursor is not captured in screen shots by default usually.

My guess it is has something to do with the DLSS as it's a problem i've seen discussed and people are starting to notice it more and more.

But since it also shows in screenshots it means it's not something super serious with a GPU either so it's not a massive concern aside from the people with it now have to live with the knowledge it's watching you
