It's Frogger, but with a human, haha. I was nearly thinking the same thing, but it's really like any other boss... find the pattern that works for you. I thought it was creative... though I admit, I was frustrated at first, too, since I'd rather "fight" bosses.

People are going to say "git gud" and "just be better" for this fight but nah, you don't have to front, this is actually just the worst boss in either game by far. I don't think I'll ever replay the campaign again after this to be honest. If it was just projectile spam + blocks I think it'd be frustrating but not heinously awful, but the near-screen-wide AoE spam (that they can stack on each other) on top of that is just completely unnecessary.

It's the single most obnoxious boss I've ever encountered. People will reload as many times as it takes to learn and brute force it but all they are going to remember is how awful it was.

I agree with OP, this "boss" is the worst by far. Its not even a boss "fight" to boot.

This boss turned the whole game into a rage game

If I wanted to play a rage game I'd play cat mario or iwbtg and it'd be free

Its not a "boss fight" its a tolerance test, and a cheap gimmick to increase player frustration

idk why you guys are crying its so easy yeah you might die like 4-5 times (first run) and after that its free. and you can shoot the purple bullets that come after you as well.

ok i am now 100% convinced to avoid the game. The adds on boss still not solved, and over used as cheap mechanic (I watched twitch streamer) and this boss :

I liked that boss. It helps a lot to know you can hide in the holes that appear in the cubes after you shoot them

oof another baddie at video games.

fight was cool. it wasn't hard. if you think that boss is hard/annoying i cant imagine how you think other bosses are.
