Armor Upgrades

Am I missing where you are able to upgrade your armor or is that not something you can do in this game? I know it was a thing in the first one so I kinda assumed it would be here too.

No, there is no armor upgrading in this game.

That kinda sucks, but maybe the balanced it.

I was going to mention that too. I really like the look of some of the armors, but I feel sort of obligated to upgrade, whether or not I like the look of the new armor. It would be great if there was an appearance tab or something

shaem the weapons dotn change when you upgrade them either, would be nice if there was subtle changes to the model, but nope

They literally change appearance when you mod them.

Yes but it got removed due to limitations it imposed on builds as there were set bonuses and it screwed up teh scaling of enemies.
