DirectX12 problem, cant start game

Getting message that directx12 isnt supported in my system.
But it obviously is.
What a disgrace. How was this not tested?

DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument.

Yea I am getting this too. Been trying to research this but no ones answering or caring.. Someone did mention to me that maybe your Window's Updates might be a problem, but I've NEVER had this issue with any other games before. It seems deeper than that.

I've already tried to Verify Integrity of Files, Reinstalled it, Update / Force Update / Reinstall Video Card Driver... AND NOTHING so far... Some of my Windows 10 Files aren't updating but I don't think that that should be the issue...

Whats your build version? Mine is 1809, I had some issues with games which want 1909 from me, but those were different cases.

Damn... Ok... Hopefully we can get this going? Bypass or something lol. Been waiting all week to play this lol, Even got off work early (Was a pain the arse to get off lol)

Ok, I found a solution that worked for me - I just updated my version of Windows to the latest. I had version 19041.508, it was updated to the latest 19045.3208 - everything worked.

Devs said on discord its issue on their side and they are working.
So dont gamble with updates too much.

Noble6 has been on these threads looking for answers and saying what's been attempted. The only other "fix" that may work is if you YouTube "Back 4 Blood Dx12 fix" and watch that. It didn't work for me but it's a shot in the dark if you're wanting to kill time with hope of success.
