You/we knew exactly that this would happen. I mean, the last 10 years of releases had to teach us.
You say this but Remnant was actually okay when it came out. I know this is a big budget sequel but in my head it's still a niche sorta game with devs that care(d).
Like I said though, maybe forcing your Computer to Update to 22h2 will do the trick, but it will take time. And if it doesn't then I'm sorry but thats all I got. It works on my end now after Manually doing all of those steps and I am Hoping that Nvidia, AMD, and the Gunfire Devs will pull together and get a patch out to correct this so that they an get all of you in
Try going to the game's folder and first set the exe to run in windows compatibility mode.
Next, run the game directly from that exe in the game's folder and see what happens.
Hence why its good to press yes when steam give you a popup at first

some guy found out it is not DX12 it is DX12D3Agility, which is major update to DX12 with windows patch KB4601319
i have been not helped with this article, since i have 1809 when the requirements for DirectX 12 Agility is 1909 and above
