I gave in and pre-ordered

I could not resist typically I don't pre-order because of my experience with Cyberpunk and Dying light 2. Which are both good games now but on release had issues. So far from seeing streamers play I don't see the game being a buggy mess or having serious issues. The gameplay loop , dark souls, and whole thing though is addictive so I already know what I'm getting myself into

I see your point but alot of us are huge Rem one fans so we will do everything to support this we want more in the future so thanks for doing that =D. As a sidenote these companys have a good track record with there releases atleast the ones i have played so im willing to give them my trust till they prove otherwise

We will see . Dying light and Witcher 3 gave me the false impression I could safely pre-order from both techland and CD projekt Red . I'm always willing to give a company ONE chance on a pre-order if they F that up never again.

Ironically, the early unlocks of the Gunslinger Archetype and the armor sets are the things that made me NOT want to pre-order, since I'd rather unlock things that are unlockable through gameplay, well, by playing the game. So I feel like I've cheated myself out of the experience in that regard.

I'm fine, though, with throwing a little extra support the developer's way in exchange for some starting consumables, early access to the game and pre-ordering DLCs. So, what the heck, why not?

Its not like NOT buying the game was even an option for me, so I might as well go all-in.

Yeah I figured I wanted to play now rather then wait 6 months to a year for what a 20% discount ? I usually don't get that urge to play a game but this game just ticks all the right boxes just based off Remnant 1 . Also the fact Diablo 4 has fallen so far from grace has helped boost this game up too

Did -you- read what you said? At the top you said Cyberpunk, then you said Witcher. Cyberpunk is understandable, Witcher 3 is not.

I mentioned Dying light and Witcher 3 and I followed up with Techland and CD Project red which is the name of the companies. Those companies released dying light 2 and cyberpunk afterwards. The first two games gave me the false impression I could pre-order dying light 2 and CYBERPUNK because the first two games were that good. The only games mentioned pre-ordered were dying light 2 and Cyberpunk.

I 100% agree with this. Dark Souls with guns in a procedurally generated environment was not something I thought I needed, but now I totally do.

To be fair there are tons of reviews and data out there that shows you what the game is and what state it is in. If you want to preorder it you aren't doing so blindly. It is also only 3 days before release.

I would never preorder a game just because I liked the first game. I got burned way too many times in the past. However after seeing all the information that is out there and the solid review scores there is nothing that makes me think this will be a ♥♥♥♥ show.

I watched asmongold play it for 3 hours and saw it was pretty stable.
