It's still around 32 hours away, but this guide will tell you when it will release based on your region. I'm in Australia so it's 9am Saturday for me but others in the US at PST time will have it available at 4PM on the Friday.

As for preloads I was informed earlier it should be about 48 hours from the EA release but it's not available yet, should be any minute so best to just keep an eye on that since PC generally is always last when it comes to preloads for most games.
Edit: Just realised I may as well include the times here to make it easier for everyone
4 PM PST on July 21
6 PM CST on July 21
7 PM EST on July 21
12 AM BST on July 22
9 AM AEST on July 22
No problems mate, also just heard that people who ordered the game from GreenManGaming and other sites are getting their keys delivered now so that's a good sign preloading should start pretty soon for all of us.
Yeah not much you can do but I am happy that it will be ready to go for the weekend.
Before today I was under the assumption it wasn't going to come out till Sunday so no complaints from me haha
It says 26th for me lol
But then again i'm an Aussie and they usually make it activate a day later here on PC despite all retail stores and digital console storefronts having it available for sale here from the early hours on the 25th.
I agree it's not a cause for concern, that's the official release date that they have to provide.
The only thing I find a bit unusual is how long it is taking for preloading to be available. They said it would be available 48 hours from the early access date but still no sign of it,
Having poor internet speeds in Australia sucks but if preloading is available at least 24 hours beforehand it should be all good. I doubt it will turn out to be any later then that.
