I am using a full skill cooldown build, with 80% CDR (40% from ring + 20% from Traits + 10% from Relic fragment + 10% from concoction)

However, when the concoction effect active, once i die the -10% buff become +20% debuff, leaving me 60% CDR only.

If you die using with the concoction active there is a bug that causes it to become a +10 cooldown instead of a -10. Reapplying it will fix the issue until you die again. Until it's fixed either don't use it if you die a lot or don't have scrap or reapply it after every wipe.
