Αναφορά προβλήματος μετάφρασης
When you upgrade weapons, you can get up to triple their damage. Equipped mods also have their effects increased based on the level of the weapon they're used on.
Combine these with improved mutators, an amulet, 4 rings, traits, different relics and relic fragments, 2 archtypes with a swath of perks, and you can find yourself becoming a borderline god.
You have to explore in order to find them.
Another thing, all world bosses have at least 2 loots obtained by killing them in a different way.
For some of them (like ravager) it's pretty obvious, but sometimes it's a bit harder to find.
In this we have archetypes take up that spot but their power increments often feel lack lustre and slow, as well as passively gained and not really earned. Your main power feels like it's coming from your guns and whatever small incremental bonus you get from rings, but many of the guns seem to be normalised compared to the first game; a few of the starting classes already contain contesters for the best weapons in the game.
We also have the massive trait nerf where we allocate far less points and also seem to have far less traits available and they seem to be dished out in smaller increments.
Not really too sure why this game didn't just build upon the previous one with the additional archtypes rather than remove/nerf several elements to make up for it. Despite that I still feel as powerful as I did in the first game but with less tools to play with.
Even if you get some new interesting boss weapon it would cost you a ton of scrap and materials to craft and upgrade it to be viable in late game...
Would really like to see more guns and less rings!
They sacrificed making items unique and useful for the sake of "balance" so we always feel underpowered when fighting enemies.
This game has zero to do with a power fantasy game, how many times have you died so far in the game?
you get rewards for finishing the game in higher difficulties, like melee weapons and long guns, the funny part besides it being all bugged, is that those weapons instead of being OP are complete garbage.
The hardest weapon to get in the game in the Savior rifle if you beat veteran in hardcore and it's absolute garbage the weapon.
I had heard term 'looter shooter' here and there when i looked at some reviews on youtube. But why they use that on this game, i don't have any clue. Not saying the game is bad, but ATM i don't really feel any excitement in the game anymore.
My role in my group is boss-shredding, so I invested in Overheat dmg bonus ring, amulet that increases skill dmg by 50% or 25% increase dont remember, the mutator that increases dmg the longer you aim down sights and hunter as second archetype for more dmg and range.
So yeah, agree on the weapons, somewhat disagree on mutators, rings and amulets.
Most of it is completely worthless until you get enough pieces to put together.
Maybe 10% of all accessories are good without a build/weapon to accompany it, but many of them are obscure or in an RNG shop.
With that said, yes. I did feel like too many loot is boring. Mostly because like half of everything I get is for melee builds the game punishes using melee. A bunch of enemies/bosses can't even be reached with melee, while some have shotgun attacks, which hit a lot harder if you're closeby.
The game is a visual novel, There is no purpose to more or less any choices you make, its just a functional way to spoon feed you a story.
Leveling makes the game more difficult, playing the game with fresh untouched gear is more efficient.
There might be a few combinations of gear that alter the fact the game is "percentage based" but, for the most part, if the number goes up, the percentage remains the same.
This is a shadow of what the First Remnant was.
