Is that how it works? i thought it was character tied not world tied, ive beaten the game on vet, then nightmare, then apoc and every single time none of my friends have been able to even see the rewards (im host luckily for me)

So if i beat the last boss on apoc in someone elses game, the vendor in my world will sell it? that doesnt seem right to be but that would be nice if it was the case

Well ideally you should see it anywhere as long as you are playing with that character, or maybe it should be tied to your actual save file regardless of character? I dont know, but i do know that it is bugged as hell and you are very unlikely to receive the rewards as a coop partner instead of host. I also see some hosts and even solo players being unable to acquire the rewards so who knows

There is no campaign progress for people who join MP, so it would be normal for only hosts to unlock the rewards in their shops. But even those seem to be bugged.

Don't see how people would be able to see account bound weapons.. they unlock upon completing the respective objective. It's very linear either you unlock it or you don't.

No it doesn't work like that. You can't buy items from other players shops.
