void relic is taking forever to arrive and the moonstone ring never comes in the shop for cass and it's starting too become annoying

What exactly do you mean about the "Void Relic" taking forever?
You do what Pointy Face wants... then after killing Sha'Bossman as instructed, you go back and talk to him. Once that is done, wait 24hrs... OR, change the time on your computer 1 day and go to the new zone on N'erud. Bing bongo Void Relic.

Rumor has it that the store "Cass" reset every 30 min.

It takes 24 hours to get Void Relic. Is that "Forever"? :)

Just remember that using the Override Pin on the console before the final boss fight will prevent you from getting the Void Heart.

Also, it is not possible to get it at all in the N'Erud variant with Tal Ratha.

no ive ran through multiple campaigns to try to get the roll and changed my pc settings so i can try to get it and nothing pops up, i make sure i dont use the pin everyone says. i just need the ring cass sells but i've been waiting all day for her to sell it and she hasn't yet

Regarding Void Heart: After finishing the area and talking to the Custodian, it takes 24 hours. You can bypass this by changing your system clock 24 hours while outside of N'Erud and a new area will open called Alepsis-Taura. Be aware that once you do this, you cannot go back to N'Erud proper until rerolled.

Regarding Cass: If you leave ward 13 and set your clock forward in 30 minute increments, revisiting Ward 13 each time, she will have new stock. This does not fix any issues you may have regarding vendor stocks but is a reliable way to refresh. Boring & time consuming, though.
