Feedback Mutator

I've +10'd the feedback mutator and neither of the abilities for it are working. It is not generating the 20% of a single charger over time and it is not giving the 10% mod damage converted to mod power. I've cleared all my rings and amulet off thinking there could be a conflict somewhere but still nothing.

Sad... I make it to +10 too...
Some argues it works on few mods... I hope the devs could explain to us

This still doesn't work to this day. the 20% refund comes in, but the damage return part is inconsistent at best, flat out not working at worst.
