Items dissappearing

The spirit wisp amulet disappeared from my inventory. Is there a fix or am I screwed

Did it actually disappear? Or did you give it to the man in the sewers for the Outcast Ring?

If you did give it away, then that one is gone for good, but you can reroll your campaign/adventure and obtain another one.
