To increase the healing you give yourself and others there is the trait and essentially Burden of the Divine Ring which shares 50% of any heals you get with allies.
There is not much more to boost the heal output you give buit there are rings that others get more heals from if they wear them.
Medic in remnant is not some godlike heal that will save you regardless what you do.
Medic is a support, if party memmebrs keep eating damage, no matter how much you heal, it will not keep them alive.
