Where can I find amulet/ring that reduces weight?

There's the twisted idol from Cass IIRC, at some point.
Also there's the Leto amulet that should be available from the challenger npc once you dodge 100 times with leto armor on.

ps: You can also consider getting the steel ring and forget about the weight ( maxing out recovery will allow you to refill your stamina bar in 2 sec, more or less ).

There is a dungeon in N'erud called Astropaths Respite, just before the boss fight there you need to go up a lift, left or right one it don't matter they both end up in the same place, a room above with a pod to get into to start the fight, up there is a rusted navigators pendant, +15 to both health and stamina and -15 to armour weight.
