Yes. I think it's 15/30/45%.

It does, but not in a way that really matters as it's more risky and takes longer to kill enemies.

The difference in xp is pretty minor .. even has diminishing returns if you consider the fact that it takes a fair share of time longer to get stuff done.

Simple fix would be adding actual scrap and xp multiplers. But no. Devs are scared of to high numbers.
