So being happy that bugs that broke the game to be easy regardless of difficulty makes them a shill?
Nightfall and Enigma are still good, Nightfall just isn't god-tier now.
I wasn't a nightfall user so I admit I have no Idea about it, but my friends ( and at some point I tried it too ) used enigma all day long, and even with the nerfs the weapon is still efficient.
It has to be noticed that, as the devs mentioned in the patch notes, the fact that enigma is still able to pierce armored characters is something that is going to be addressed, so I say we will se how the real enigma is supposed to be after that fix ( but I still have the feel it would remain an excellent weapon ).
My only issue with it getting "fixed" is the number of enemies (fae) who don't seem to even have unarmored bits let alone weak spots. They are unfun to fight with anything else, but then this one also makes them unfun cause it tears through them like butter.
Yeah that's pretty annoying I do agree.
The one that can spawn in eidara's rest ( the one full armored, I don't know if its name is fae, which I still have no clue how to get it properly down without wasting ammunitions ) is really, really annoying.
Amen
Did you try forcing dx 11 on steam?
I also didn't see any difference with this patch ( or at least, I didn't notice them yet ), but it does seem the game runs smoother with the dx11.
The game doesn't even support Dx11. Let me guess you are "forcing" it via start argument. Too bad there aren't any dlls for it it and the game most likely reverts to Dx12 without error.
My natural game progression on my first playthrough (blind and nightmare) as gunslinger starter was wrangler > ar-47 > nightfall, with momentum ofc. The game became extremely easy as soon as I unlocked 2nd archetype and I chose hunter cause i played it in the first game and wallhack + 15% crit lol.
I got nightfall at the end of the game (at the end of the third world) and it completely trivialized the rest of the game. Annihilation was dead so quickly, under minute and a half. I didn't even get to hear it's soundtrack.
The worst part is that it made switching to other weapons/builds in apocalypse really unenjoyable. Everything I tried felt extremely weak compared to nightfall and hunter. While nightfall had consistend 4.7k dps with other weapons I could barely reach 1.5k. No game should have such broken weapons. They defeat the purpose of multiple game difficulties.
Good job indeed lmfao
