Question about Engineer Heavy Weapon Ammo

Is the regeneration rate affected by skill cooldown? Sorry if it says it in game, I have very bad vision and am not good at finding things.

No it has its own rate, but if you use a relic you get a third of the ammo back in one go.

Engineer's heavy weapon ammo regeneration is affected by skill cooldown modifiers (you can see this in the tooltip).

basically when you put your heavy weapon/turret away, the purple bar on top is the amount of ammo being regenerated over time.
