set it and forget it builds with high survivability?
Hi all!
Any build suggestions for a setup that doesn't require constant swapping of skills/mods/ring/amulets, and has high survivability? Don't plan on going higher than veteran. Currently using gunslinger+medic, damage is very low, survivability isn't good either. Healing via skill is meh

I don't have any builds for you, but as a general observation I find a lot of the builds don't have you swapping things in and out. They do require/suggest you have specific rings and equipment to be most effective and maybe even a specific order in which you activate skills and mods, but none require you to constantly swap things in and out.

On the other hand, if you're looking for something that's ideal for bosses and something else ideal for mobs, then there is chance you need to swap loadouts. I personally haven't been in a situation where a particular build was only suitable for bosses or only suitable for mobs.

Engineer + Challenger/Medic. You get massive damage reduction from armor, plus even more reduction from carrying a heavy weapon (and even more if you wear the ring that gives Bulwark while carrying one). The minigun does amazing DPS and can be your primary tool for dealing with any tougher enemies - it doesn't even require upgrades to keep up with scaling.

Challenger as a secondary lets you wear heavier armor and has more upfront survivability. Medic gives you healing and a massive shield. It's entirely possible to kill bosses just by activating the medic shield, pulling out the minigun, and tanking hits as you dump bullets into them.
Regenerator builds are awesome- usually having 3-ish rings built around regen health, and having the health regen perks+ decent armor and the regen heart, makes me heal to full in seconds.
