You can reset the campaign or ask people to help kill it.
Sha hala is an easy boss if you make sure to start running around when it disappears so you don't get hit by the black hole.
You can hit the orb it's holding for maximum damage. When you don't see the orb you can attack the main body or the arms that come from the floor so you can get some damage out.
if you're having that much trouble I'd recommend opening your world up for randoms or finding a co-op buddy or something. Pretty sure they don't get more HP for having more players present, and it'll give you more attempts to beat it.
Sha'hala is the boss in sentinels keep, the cube should be renamed the cube
had this one as my first worldboss aswell. quite impossible to dodge the entire lasershow, had to get some help but even then we need dozens of tries. tho it was the only boss I needed help with. ^^ other bosses are way easier but this one is just annoying af.
Cube: They move in a set pattern, learn it and how to stay alive as first priority then focus on actually taking them out.
Disco: This boss took me countless deaths to learn but it's the same thing here; learn how to stay alive first before you focus on dealing damage.
Take a break if you feel frustrated or can't focus but don't give up. You'll get it eventually and it will feel amazing when you do, it's what this game is all about ;)
Do you still need help on this?

I breezed through in just 50-70 tries :P
I got matched with 2 folks once, but they just died immediately.
So at least in that particular case online help wasn't very helpful.
And if someone askd me to help 'em kill it i'd tell 'em there's no F'n way I'm doing that boss again :P
It is kind of a puzzle as much as a reactive/action bossfight though.
I think technically you could just memorize all the patterns - like exactly where to go and when beforehand.. And if you just follow that you'll be able to do it.
It's like semi-puzzle as much as a bossfight almost.
There is zero randomness or reaction from the boss/encounter based on what you do - It's always doing the exact same thing every time...
So you can sort of think it out, to kill it.. Rather than fight it out.
