Red Prince
Stuck on the red prince boss fight (veteran, hunter, solo only). At the second and third stages, I immediately burn out in the center. There it is physically impossible to dodge the boss without hitting the fire. Damage to a weak point 700-1000 + corrosion. Rifle 7 rounds with a bandit mutator. With this build, there were no problems at all with any boss. Adviсe?

You can easily dodge him there, maybe bring all fire resist you can?

Make sure to kills his summons asap because they will tear you to pieces.

In principle, everything is easy. But it is necessary to dodge a pixel from the center when dodging, as the character instantly burns out. The problem is not the boss itself. It is very easy to dodge him. But the arena is bugged, it's not normal when everything is on fire and shining and you can't actually take an extra step. It's infuriating.

dont move and just hit space to do a quick dodge, you barely move just a tiny bit back

As long as you stay near or roll towards the center, you shouldn't be catching on fire.

It helps if you can use your neutral dodge (tap dodge with no directional input) to evade his sword attacks as it doesn't reposition you as much as a normal roll.

Personally I just treated it like a Dark Souls boss and went melee during that phase then went back to guns when the fire storm is over.

You could try using pulsating heart relic, It will at least help you for the 15s duration if you are taking damage too often.

You could also use engineer with the 3rd skill, since the damage of it keeps stacking and increasing.

dont be greedy to do damage in the center, just stay calm in the middle and wait for the sound q and dodge his combo then do a lil damage and get back to dodging. after a while the phase will go away and u can defeat him in the phase after. its a hard fight but its one of the most fights i enjoyed after defeating him.

He's meant to be pretty tough, don't use the root class first ability that auto dodges stuff, most of the time it will throw you directly into the fire.
I'd bring a healer class with you to lay down healing or shielding so you can help withstand the attacks, and remember you can dodge THROUGH a bosses attack so try to position yourself on one side of the circle and dodge through him to the other side.

I think I found the problem. I have a perk for longer dodge. Therefore, when I dodge, I fly into the fire. I will be rebuild. Thanks to all.

Stationary dodge without rolling is safest on him as well.
