I mean one of my actives gives me 3 stacks of it on top of whatever bonuses it gives. no idea WHAT bulwark does, because simple tooltips on things like this is too much.

you can read about any buff or debuff on the character screen in the top left corner when they are applied to you.

bulwark grants damage resist. 5% per stack.

[Rosefall]

Bulwark gives 5% Damage Reduction, can be stacked.
