PC Settings > System > Power & Sleep, Screen When plugged in, turn off after: change to Never

See if it makes a difference? You can also try

Device Manager > Monitors > Your Monitor (might be called Generic PnP Monitor) Right click Properties > Power Management tab and Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

Might be a stretch but they're simple enough to turn back on if it doesn't produce any results. I've heard of this game apparently breaking G-sync forcing people to restart. If you have a Gsync/Freesync display perhaps disabling that would prevent it from happening.

I had this issue with one of my 3080s. Ended up having to send it back to get RMAed twice. Eventually replaced it with a 3090 at the cost of the manufacturer and never had the issue again.
