Is anyone in his story able to obtain it, So I can join him and get it? I've completed the whole thing in one go, so I can't claim it no more. Little help? =)

If you completed it, why can't you get it? makes no sense

Because you have to talk to her once the quilt is half done, if you complete 100% of the quilt you just have the final reward, she does not give you the relic

Is there any way to get the relic? I also met the NPC when I finished all quests...
