There is something visible under the map in the town in Losomn (Forsaken Quarter)

My player marker on map turn orange colour when standing on top of it. Does anyone know what this could be?

I've noticed a door down below in losomn somewhere, it's invisible but is sort of like the predator-invisible so i can make out the shape.
Looked to be about 3-4 stories below ground
