Tormented Heart/Tranquil Heart

Can we please do something about this elusive item? For the unaware you need to trade the Override Pin in the Nightweaver Web to obtain this Relic. Which can then be traded with Nimue for the actual Relic you want. Which is Tranquil Heart.

Because the Override Pin is a Quest Item that means you need to reset the CAMPAIGN till you have Morrow's Parish for the Asylum, Speed run second Act, and finally after getting to Ne'rud hope the Timeless Horizon is in your world to obtain the pin.

God forbid you want to have both relics and decide to do this twice. Just need to make it obtainable through Adventure Mode somehow. Like almost every other item in the game.

Has anyone found another possible trade in for it?

I don't know of an easier method, but I would like to clarify that for me it was easier to identify Seekers Rest as the start of N'Erud to know if you could get the pin, saved me half a worlds worth of running. It took me 2 tries to get the heart, and I did find it easier to start and guarantee Morrow Parish as the first map, rather than starting at Seekers Rest, but that was just my experience.
