Assassin's Dagger - Spiderweb

I "gave" the quest item to the spiderweb ( the one you give the statue to) and now Its not in my inventory anymore, nor did the web give me anything in return....what do?

i think the bug they say was fixed in the first patch isn't actually fixed, the web sometimes just eats items lmao

You are meant to give the Assassin's Dagger to Nimue, giving it to the Spiderweb will not yield any new item.

Don’t give any items to the spiderweb. I gave a few items and got nothing. However, the dagger is for evidence to the court. They will give you a fae blade for it, but you can take it elsewhere to unlock the assassins dagger as a melee weapon.

there are other various obscure items you can give to the web for rewards though, which combined with the bug its the issue since players will just assume if you can give it something it will always give something back. They said they fixed quest items but seem to have forgotten some crafting mats such as the dagger
