If you are struggling with bosses...
I'm a pretty casual gamer and prefer a story-level of gaming where I only maybe die 2-3 times max on a boss as I want to see some progress for my 1-2 hours of available game-play. Dying loads to the same boss doesn't do it for me.

I've had this issue a few times already in Remnant 2, admittedly, even on the lowest setting (some of you will be lmao right now).

I don't play with friends so it's all a solo experience and I like the game and I can do it all apart from some bosses.

I think part of my struggles have been because I don't use a controller - I just don't own one. Doing all the keyboard moves and the skills and healing all in quick succession is a task in itself.

So what I did, before giving up, was simply open up the game for others to join. A few mins later and there are 3 of us on the boss fight, with the other two probably better than me. I held my own though and haven't even died yet as the aggro seems to head for them, but it was one way of legitimately getting past a boss because we did it as a team of 3. Since the game is advertised as a co-op, I don't feel like I cheated, I just played it the way it's meant to be played.

Don't give up. If you are as average as me with bosses, open it up to let others join.

Playing solo is fun and challenging. Died a few times but you force yourself to learn to dodge properly... learn the boss's attack patterns and a bit of luck.

At first I thought I was going to use a controller myself, but since it is a shooter, I went with keyboard and mouse. Personally, I think that's better in any shooter. Point being, I don't think the controls on the keyboard and mouse are that complex. Only thing I changed was crouch to left ctrl and maybe one other thing. Keep at it. It's a tough game, even on easy.

its a 50 50 toss up i play on controller i died a couple times to OHKO mechs cause i didn't know some would just flat out tell me goodbye.

people just have to keep on trucking or try some thing else.

i will say early on people need to think a bit more on their mod choices or at least go back and buy the start mods. im finding when starting out on a new character that kinda has low survival and i need to heal more that the healing shot mod is a great pick me up and charges pretty fast. 35% heal for a mod slot early on? sign me up save my ass lmao. helps sustain a lil more in some boss fights too if your getting hit too much solo.

I've loved playing solo. Did a veteran solo, followed by a apocalypse solo. Was a struggle the entire way due to being a melee build, but oh boy. Does face tanking a punchy boss, and just exchanging blows like it's some sort of anime is way to fun with 8% life steal. 18 if I use the sanguine buff potion. I even face tanked the spirit boss thing in neurd while he had his black hole attack on me. Flying bosses are such a weakness though. At least world's edge helps considerably.

AKA: The Dark Souls approach.

Learn through failure, persevere.
