turn your darn flashlights off

everyone who joins has their flashlight just left on at all times, shining a dynamic light casting new shadows off of everything that causes a noticable dip in me & my spouse's FPS even tho most areas are so bright you can't even see the light.
since there's no text chat in this game i get their attention & flicker my light at them to see if i can get it thru to them that id like them to turn it off but thus far no luck.

turn off the ability for randos to join your game or lower your settings. I leave my light on 24/7 cause there is no real downside to having it on 24/7 however there is the upside of it being already on when I need it.

I turn it on when I need it. Off when I don't. My wife uses her far more than I do and no dip for us even when both on.

But I turned Randos off. Solves many problems.

I use my flashlight to communicate in morse code*. When you see me flashing just read the flashes.
