Mob for kolkets key doesnt spawn in The Lament?

is there any way to fix this? online guides say reloading should fix it but it doesnt work for me

I think the mob's spawn condition is mislabeled on the wiki, if that's the guide you're going by. It initially didn't spawn for me either, at least not in the place the wiki claimed it should, but I think the actual spawn condition for it is opening all coffins, not just the two behind the puzzle.
