Being more than one helps in second phase imo, melee the ♥♥♥♥ out of her if she lands a grab.
There are a lot of bosses in game that just need right tools for the job.
My first attempts lasted like 3 hours because the game wouldn't stop crashing every time she did a slam in the first phase.
10/10 cool factor, 1/10 weird ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ factor.
all fights revolve around a few things. mostly being : positioning, attack/dodge timers/windows, Adds.
nightweaver has some tricky dodge windows. the telegraph vs dodge window can be very tricky. They moved to having some attacks not be an instant or 0.5 second dodge start, but require you to wait, sometimes a full second, before you start the dodge, in order to make the window. There's a few other bosses like this. Sound ques for the attacks help however. I highly recommend on bosses that you're struggling with not only to watch the telegraphing, but also listen for sound ques. With every boss i started doing this with, quick dodge sound ques are different from wait to dodge sound ques. This can be particularly helpful in multiplayer, if you do not know which player is being targeted yet. Some bosses can be easier to defeat because of this, if you know you're the one that has to dodge.
When to dodge, when to run, how often to dodge, in what sequence to dodge. As well as when to get attacks in, in-between your dodges.
She has a couple of unforgiving attacks that makes it basically GG if you get hit as well as a one-shot attack that must be dodged if you're playing solo without minions or good dot damage.
She can bug out at the very end of phase one, causing her to use stronger attacks at the beginning of phase 2 rather than after hiding once.
Anyone who one-shot her first try with no prior knowledge of her attacks most like played on easiest difficulty. On Veteran difficulty her close up attacks can 2-3 shot you and she leaves very little room to use healing items.
(Oh didn't realize it was you Axi xD)
Yeah she was in my first world as well. I was level 7 fighting her with the starting Medic light machine gun +6. I could get through the first face without being touched but the second stage really got to me lmao
I was getting one shot on Veteran as well lol
