Vault of the Formless, hidden item in the last room.

By the second rotator (can also be seen in the key room) is a ring or amulet being shown with the explorer archetype, and no it isn't the quest item. This item is shown way off point of that item. But for the life of me, I can't find the damn thing. Even looked outside of the event room. Nothing, no secret way that I found atleast.

apparantly there is a secret passage somewhere in the dungeon i kind of saw a passage on the second checkpoint so i wonder if it's not there

a hidden passage will be revealed if you enter the second rotating thing and let it rotate to initial position with you inside it.

No, not there if you use the explorer achetype before the second rotater, I miss typed in the describtion. You can see a purtle hue on the wall with the caples.

You can also see the ring or amulet in that key room for the gun, it is an item outside of that hidden path somewhere else. But I haven't found the way to it.

iirc there's a door right at the start you can open with the key you get by going back into the dungeon after completion

There's a breakable crate where you found the glyph. It's the one standing upright behind a vaultable cover.
