Is the only way to get this really to start a new character?

I think you can get it after you unlock archon from that one merchat that doesnt say anything in ward 13

yeah true, i didnt actually check before posting but yeah, its not there for me either

Leto II armor set has to be found in the Labyrinth through a secret passage, basically there's a teleporter hidden below a platform behind another teleporter.

its bugged same with the realmwalker set. some people will have it show up other will have to wait for either the devs or the game to go oh yea thats unlocked

Thought this might be the case because it's the only one that never showed up for me.
