Meridian or Enigma
In your opinion{s}, which is better for AoE/Wide attacks? I'm leaning towards Enigma, because no stagger to me, if I am close. However Meridian seems to chuck enemies harder if they are bunched up (and not weak to electricity for example).

I'm kinda torn, not sure where to pump my upgrades at.

Depends if you are in a group or not. Even though I hit my team mates every now and then with my Enigma, I never kill any of them with it. However the number of times I've been downed by a team mate using the Meridian in mild panic, I lost count after 20 times. That help?

Nebula is the uncrowned royalty on side arms, clearing rooms by itself.

It's not hard to get close to a hundred percent uptime with the mod either.

I slaughtered every boss so far with Nebula only, poison and dodge, use mod and repeat.
