I hope you guys didn't have this issue ,, and i hope no one lost any GPU on this game
it was last time trust an indie studio
not like diablo 4 didn't do the same xD
or other triple A$$ games, calling those "games" is an insult to gaming...
but yeah if you have issues like that don't use the software, remember it's not games fault tho, it's the Vbios and bad graphics card manufacturing that allow software to over-volt or overtire protections
I have a 4090 on a RM850i with no issues whatsoever.
Yeah bro sure .. it never shutdown in any game .. more games demanding than this and you told me is my PSU i'm sure my TITANIUM CORSAIR IS FAULTY
i'm pretty sure 100c on GPU when you play remnant is totaly normal
it dosen't happend to you ,,because maybe you play on 60 fps monitor i have 165 HZ one
and is clear game is broken and i dont risk my pc anymore
Indies never testing and release untested products
Fascinating is that i can assemble this sentence solely using my phones predictive typing. That's how often i write this sentence
Spontaneous shutdowns or reboots and overheating is always caused by system or hardware failure.
The sooner you investigate what the issue actually is, the sooner can you fix it.
I think the problem is happening when allocating vram or bulding shader cache.
the crashing behaviour may vary, it can be UE5 error report saying device is missing(driver crash), maybe saying not enough vram, or game suddenly shutdown without any warning, or freeze the process and shut itself down after a minute, or freeze the whole computer. but i think at the core it's the same problem.
but anyway, i never managed to finish the tutorial of the game, tried more than 10 times...
and it will always crash when i beat the tutorial boss and play or skip the scene.
I think intel and nvidia and UE5 and game dev should really sit together and try to find the source of the problem. i think it's some low level code/driver problem
and maybe this info is helpful: for my pc, apex legends also crash at load screen before normally sometime it needs to rebuild the shader cache. If i disable nvidia shader cache, re-enable, and reboot the system, will fix it. and it is not very stable in the next few launch of that game(freeze and crash in menu), but after more is successfully loaded in a few trials, it is "warmed up", or i feel like more cache is properly build, it is then stable and will never crash again.
For game like battlefield 2042, it crash at first few launch after install, but getting stable and will not crash later
All that to say, that it's quite possible for alot of people to experience overheating because of this game, especially if their PCs are not clean or well air'ed.
Vinegar
I think you never understand how components works ,, i build my pc my own is not a prebuilt
so please shut up if you don't know when a game is failure
Found the problem.
"i build my pc"
so please if you don't understand some of us play at 200 fps or more ,, go outside and learn about components
No everyone is pleased at 60 fps
