deluxe edition gifts not received
as the title says... i talked to arc customer support and they couldn't give me a solution... do i have to request a refund and just get the base game?

Same. bought the ultimate edition - didn't see any of the supposed added content.

Also, it didn't unlock gunslinger class.

Gunslinger was a PREORDER bonus. If you bought the game after release you will not get the gunslinger. Its also not part of the ultimate edition. You will have to unlock gunslinger by playing the game.

The bonus items should get rewarded to you after you use the red crystal the first time.
Gunslinger is a preorder bonus as noted. Should be available as a start class if you qualify.

If you do qualify for either and not getting, then its a bug.
