Remnant 2 locking in on 22 fps

I have a Problem which i can't get rid of.
When i start the Game the fps are around 144 fps (Which is what i capped it on).
When i play the game, for like 2 minutes, the fps start to drop to the point where they reach 22 fps. At this point the fps are locked on 22 fps. in some occasions the fps slowely climb to 144 fps, and when reached they start to slowly decrease back to 22 fps.
i tried everything i found on the internet.
Everything is on the latest patch (cpu, gpu, graphicscard.)
Here are my specc's please it would be awesome if someone could help me.

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D 8-Core Processor
Nvidia Geforce RTX 4080
B650 Aorus pro ax
32 GB G.Skill Trident Z5 DDR5-6000

Happened to me one time, looked up the settings and saw that DLAA was somehow activated.
Maybe happened to u aswell, good luck.

If you're using enigma that can be causing it. There is some weird bug behind its weapon mod and maybe its attack that when used enough does something to the memory or causes entity build up. Something of the sort. You can replicate it happeningi n the fire range and just spam the mod a ton and it will eventually lag your game.
