yes it is. i recommend it! just start with survivor difficulty if you don't wanna deal with bullet sponges.

Its incredible! However like most modern products needs bug fixing. The point of the gameplay is freedom of choice, The game never forces you to play a specific way and tests your build creativity. I love it!

yeah the game is good. you will have to ignore the people who hit a difficulty wall and would rather say “broken” than improve and overcome. we have lower difficulties for them.

Good but has some balance and meta progression issues.

It's great, especially with friends, if you like your souls-likes but if you are expecting a gears of war style experience then this isn't it.

There's some performance issues that need to be fixed, both in terms of optimisation and stability (crashes). If you're sensitive to that kind of thing then you should wait for a couple patches.

Really depends on where you are in the game. I was doing fine capped at 140 fps for like 10 hours, but then I found a section of a level that just TANKED fps to like 20-30.

My PC isn't out of date either. I can imagine moderate systems having trouble with some of the poorly optimized zones/level sections.

thats unfortunate, but average with modern games to have a few issues at launch. overall it was a great launch and big success.

Game will probably be cool in a few weeks/months when they finished it. I think they seem to genuinely care and are actually working on it but only time will tell.

There are tons of videos and reviews online already for you to watch. Why come here? Even if you go just through steam you can see the overwhelmingly positive reviews so go off that.

just reminds me of elden ring's inconsistent performance. But elden ring felt worse because the worst perf in the game was right at the start. At least in this game I didn't see bad perf for hours.

It's performance is a little worse than other games for its level of graphical fidelity and It has relatively few bugs such as scripted death sequences killing hardcore characters which are often required for archetype unlocks(alchemist) or puzzles in a few areas(sleep pod) but it is extremely playable overall.

As for what you can do, its like a souls like with a much heavier gun focus. If you like slowly trudging through an area, conquering it through share skill and mastery, this game will give you that satisfaction.
In comparison to the first game, the archetypes really define your build in a huge and tangible way. The hunter for instance can mark all enemies which really helps with the secret ambushes placed in a lot of locations. He also gives additional ammo drops which helps keep the team topped out. Meanwhile the medic basically keeps your health topped at all times, and has a shield skill you can use to allow your team to withstand what normally would one shot you. Aside from that, the themes of this game are generally better. For instance you can go to this fae palace thing and also a place that looks like a twisted dark london kinda thing. Overall, just a phenomenal experience and a great game.
