Racism needs to go one way or another.

Moderators please explain how discussions about stopping racism is non-productive?

as many other have said, if you reverse this and if it was a white female that said "people living under a black old guy" you know there would be a riot. Why are so many people blind to this? It is beyond obvious.

This is another quote for someone else:
Game is not woke but Cass is still a racist and an ageist, why did she not just say Living under that guy, why have a dig at his age and color.

Both of these are quotes from other people that have been talking about this and it is quite clear and obvious.

The full line is "people living under a white old guy" or something like that. Not just old white guy, stop twisting things into something it isn't.

Proposed solutions:
1. allow young white females to say "people living under a black old guy" in the same context
2. Don't allow any form of racism period
3. Just being racist against white people is OK and no one else

Take your pick.

Ok, a lot of people don't realize the only reason I don't own the game is because of this (pre-order refunded). You would think that would be obvious. So I'll create a question answer for those who can't admit subconscious bias.
Q. Remnant 2 would get more sales if this wasn't in the game. True or False?

Reverse racism don't exist.
It's blinds a 100 years of prejudice and a fight against it
And even so, even from today perspective it don't have the same impact as being a racist to a black person. A white person would even care.
I'm white as well and I don't really get it how that can be offensive in any form

Because using a descriptive term like "White guy", "Black guy", "Asian guy", "Hispanic guy"...etc in the CONTEXT of describing a person you do not know, IS NOT RACIST.

I'm curious. If you get robbed at gun point by a man, he gets away with your loot, you call the cops, and once the cops arrive, will you describe to the best of your knowledge every detail of that person who stole your stuff? Or would you skip over the persons skin color or ethnicity, just to avoid "racism"?

The context the character used "white guy" in this game was not in anyway racist and only super sensitive people who don't know what racism is are complaining about it. Even if the characters were race swapped it would not be racist.

People are way too SOFT now a days, and its sad people go to these levels to cry "racism".

Every race does experience racism, every race has been enslaved, and every race has been degraded (no group of people on this earth has been excluded from these terrible things). Human beings will always be human beings and people saying that only certain races experience these things are uneducated in human history or has been indoctrinated since child hood to believe lies.

Correct, I have almost lost a job due to racism. It exists for all races, there is no denying that and the only people who say otherwise were just lucky enough to not experience it in a life threatening situation "yet/hopefully never"
