How do you get Alepsis-Taura

I can see one area left on the bottom right of the world crystals list of locations for N'Erud. The bottom right is Alepsis-Taura but I have no idea how to get to it.

It opened up for me after beating the boss without using override...thing. It was something i could just port to from any crystal. just be warned, once you go there, that's it for N'erud

Good question, i finished all Nerud stuff and didnt see anyting related to that.
Maybe we just don't understand the location or its a bug
